Executive coaching process targeting business owners, board members and managers. The aim is to increase business efficiency and develop leadership skills in the rapidly changing VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world.
I work upon the Code of Ethics accredited by the International Coach Federation(ICF) and the Transformational Presence concept (The Center of Transformational Presence, Alan Seale). In particular, I focus on a partnership, building trust and purposefulness at every stage of the process.
